Personal radar

The Personal radar describes the employee's self-evaluation of his/her present well-being at work. Responding is voluntary and anonymous. Results can be used for developing and studying the method.

The questionnaire has 23 questions. These questions are formulated according to the framework and dimensions of the Work Ability House.

The questionnaire includes the following dimensions of well-being at work:

  1. health and functional capacities
  2. competence
  3. values, attitudes and motivation
  4. work, working conditions, work community, and management
  5. family and close community
